Short on money for Flash Thompson's farewell dinner, Peter Parker agrees to appear as Spider-Man on a late-night television show. The event quickly becomes the talk of New York City and attracts a packed audience.
Unfortunately, one of the attendees is Electro (Max Dillon), who decides to turn the live broadcast into a super-villain spectacle. Spider-Man must battle Electro before the show ends in disaster.
